Fees vary based on session length and modality, reflecting the level of preparation, complexity, and in session facilitation involved. Couples and family sessions typically require additional structure and clinical responsibility, which is reflected in their fee structure.

Letter Writing & Correspondence
$25.00 per email for correspondence beyond initial contact & brief questions

Fees & Payment
Fees are reviewed periodically and adjusted in line with BCACC professional standards, as well as my ongoing training, supervision, and years of experience.
Payment is due immediately following the end of each session and can be made by cash, cheque, e-transfer, Visa or MasterCard.
Insurance Coverage
Counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) is covered under many extended health benefit plans.
Please check with your insurance provider or human resources representative at your workplace. After each appointment, you will receive a receipt with all information necessary to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
