One on one, in-person session at Main St. or Cambie Village location
$165 for a 50 minute session

One on one session conducted via phone or virtually

Letter Writing & Correspondence
$25.00 per email for correspondence beyond initial contact & brief questions
$105.00 per letter; for letter writing
$35.00 per 15 min for document review
Fees & Payment
Fees are set in accordance with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) fee schedule and the professional standards.
Payment is due immediately following the end of each session and can be made by cash, cheque, e-transfer, Visa or MasterCard.
Insurance Coverage
Counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) is covered under many extended health benefit plans.
Please check with your insurance provider or with your human resources representative at your workplace. After each appointment, you will receive a receipt with all information necessary to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
